the culture explorer node is used in your organisation's initial survey, before you have a culture code it is used to diagnose and understand your existing culture, and will inform the development of your culture code it comprises the culture achetypes and the results of two free form questions about your organisation's culture interpreting the results culture archetypes there are 16 research based culture archetypes these are key behavioural orientations that characterise the dna of your organisation the goal is not to score highly on these 16 archetypes instead, the order of the archetypes is what is important the top third (dark blue) archetypes are often experienced, the middle third (mid blue) archetypes are sometimes experienced and the bottom third (light blue) archetypes are less often experienced during the culture code design process , the top ranked archetypes become value seeds to inform the development of your organisational values the scores (out of 100) for the archetypes represent how highly respondents ranked each item hover over the archetype name to see it's full description eg impact the desire to make a difference in the world positive and negative aspects of the culture below the archetypes, are the results of two free form questions about the positive and negative aspects of your organisation's culture other measures also included in your initial culture explorer survey will be the standard salpulse measures of organisational trust docid\ musrjph9g kh4fxqlvezm , psychological safety docid\ ppaqnkpfqnihzf7qngllm and employee engagement docid\ js4mjf1l0jkpeov3rnqqs
