Introduction

What is a Culture Code?

Salpulse requires that you have a Culture Code (or at least some elements of it) for your organisation to begin activating and measuring your Culture.

A Culture Code is an agile framework that empowers your people, in every moment and circumstance, to focus on what matters most and make choices that are aligned to your business goals.

Whilst it can exist in a written document, the real power in a Culture Code is how it is lived. When your Culture Code is aligned with your strategic goals and a desire to deliver the experience your customers are looking for – it provides an exceptional competitive advantage. Culture Codes articulate Why you exist (your Purpose or Mission), the Way you want to work together to advance your Purpose (Values and Behaviours) and what you will Do (your Shared Ambition) as you work towards advancing your Purpose.
