Salpulse is an Organisational Culture Activation and Measurement software platform / app, designed to keep your Culture Code alive and fresh. It's a repository for your Culture Code and the stories your people are telling that bring it to life.

1 | Remind people of the elements of your culture code (eg: Purpose, Shared Ambition, Values and Behaviours) – Short, sharp and often, shifts concepts from working memory into long term memory where habits can form – and desired behaviours became part of “the way we do things around here”. 2 | Recognise behaviours in others, that exemplify your Values, advance your Purpose or work towards your Shared Ambition. You do this by sending your colleagues Salps. Praise (particularly public praise) triggers dopamine release which increases enjoyment, sharpens focus and reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) resulting in clearer, better decisions and stronger collaboration towards what matters most for your organisation. 3 | Measure culture. Salpulse takes regular pulse measurements of your organisation’s culture, keeping track of how well your organisation’s Culture Code is being lived, the level of trust and psychological safety within your organisation and your employee engagement levels.
