Pulse - Your Culture Measured
Using your people as sensors, Salpulse is used to diagnose your existing culture, then, once you have a Culture Code, take regular pulse measurements of your culture. It will keep track of how well your organisation’s Culture Code is being lived, how relevant the Culture Code elements still are to the organisation's purpose, the level of trust within your organisation, psychosocial safety and employee engagement levels.
The Pulse menu item gives you access to the results of all of your organisation's Culture Pulse Surveys. From the As at drop down list, select the survey you are interested in:
(The Today item in the As at drop down list lets you view the analytics of Salp activity throughout your organisation, for the 30-day window leading up to the current time.)
NOTE: Admin users (not restricted admins) will be able to see the results of the Salpulse survey as they are coming in (calculated every 10 minutes). Other employees (including restricted admin users) will be able to see the results of the survey after the survey closes.
NOTE: It is possible to configure a survey as restricted. In restricted surveys, only admin users may see the results, even after the survey closes. The initial diagnostic (Culture Explorer) survey is configured as restricted by default. To change this setting for a survey, please contact Salple.
