Pulse - Your Culture Measured

Using your people as sensors, Salpulse can be configured to take regular pulse measurements of your organisation’s culture. It will keep track of how well your organisation’s Culture Code is being lived, how relevant the Culture Code elements still are to the organisation's purpose, the level of trust within your organisation, how psychologically safe people feel and will measure employee engagement levels.

The Pulse menu item gives you access to the results of all of your organisation's Culture Pulse Surveys. From the As at drop down list, select the survey you are interested in:
