Department and Region Breakdowns
Find out which departments (or regions, or teams) are experiencing culture problems - for example, a department not living one of your organisational values. Another example is pinpointing where psychosocial safety is strong or needs attention.
Note: Breakdowns are only visible by your Salpulse Adminstrator(s) and Insights Users. Also note that breakdowns are not possible to the individual level, to protect the anonymity of employees' survey results.
Note: Because the breakdowns displays require quite a lot of screen space, breakdowns are not shown on mobile devices. Please use a desktop or tablet to view breakdowns.
