Department and Region Breakdowns

Find out which departments (or regions, or teams) are experiencing culture problems - for example, a department not living one of your organisational values. Another example is pinpointing where psychological safety is strong or needs attention.

Note: Breakdowns are only visible by your Salpulse Adminstrator(s). Also note that breakdowns are not possible to the individual level, to protect the anonymity of employees' survey results.
