Transparency of the Survey Results

We believe that powerful, purpose-driven cultures are highly transparent. In keeping with this philosophy, the results of your Salpulse Culture Pulse Surveys are visible to all of your colleagues. They will be encouraged by the elements of your Culture Code your organisation scores well on, and for those elements where you don't score so well, your people will know this and can work together to improve.

Individuals have the option to submit their results anonymously however, the collective results are visible to all with the exception that comments submitted in responses will only be visible to the Salpulse administrator(s) within your organisation.
