Nudge Settings

To disable nudges for your organisation and override all user settings, set the organisation's Default Nudge Period to 0. Please contact Salple to change this setting.

To disable nudges to yourself, go to your Profile and switch off Nudges

Each employee in your organisation is randomly assigned a default Day of the Week (between Monday to Friday) on which they will receive nudges. You can change this from your Profile .

As long as your organisation's Default Nudge Period is set greater than 0, the default nudge period (in weeks) for each user will be set to the organisation's default nudge period (typically 1 week). The first time you enter your Profile , the default will be overridden and you can change it to your preferred frequency.
