Reset Password
To reset your own password, click the Profile menu item, then click the Edit Profile button:
In the Edit User Profile dialog, click on the Reset Password button:
Then click Yes, Reset in the next dialog that opens. This will send an email to you with a link to set your new password.
Note: This function is only available to your organisation's Salpulse Administrator(s).
To reset a user's (other than your own) password, from the Users tab of the Admin menu item, click the Settings radio button. Hover your mouse over the user's name and click the pencil icon:
In the Edit User Profile dialog, click on the Reset Password button:
This will send an email to that person to set their new password.
Note: This function is only available to your organisation's Salpulse Administrator(s).
If the user has not completed their password reset (registration state will be password reset in progress), you can resend the password reset email by hovering over the Registrataion State field for the user and clicking the plane icon.
