The Salpulse Survey node gives you access to your Salpulse Survey Score, statistics about the survey and (for administrators), access to non-anonymous responses.

## Salpulse Survey Score

Your *Salpulse Survey Score* is a [Node Rollup score](docId\:C5-fBumyYBGYzL_Hix6YB) for all the questions in your Salpulse Survey. It encompasses how [effective](docId\:AJoIO1JiCL8JEiji1bgFs) your Culture Code is, the extent to which your existing Culture Code is still [relevant](docId\:AJoIO1JiCL8JEiji1bgFs), how much [trust](docId\:mUsrjph9g_kh4fXqlvezm) exists within your organisation, how [psychologically safe](docId\:CEp0OVPwAmP40dDoN5498) people feel, and how [engaged](docId\:Js4mJf1L0JkPEov3RnQQs) your employees are.

## Interpreting the Results

If your *Salpulse Survey Score* is <font color="#3b9f0f">**green**</font>, it is still worth using the *Navigation Tree* to drill down into the components of the survey as there may be some components that are <font color="#fcb900">**amber**</font> or <font color="#eb144c">**red**</font>.

## Viewing Non-Anonymous Results

The Salpulse Administrator(s) for your organisation will be able to view the results for employees who completed their survey [non-anonymously](docId\:fjT9riQJwNxFt99ETDGGm) by clicking on the *view* link:

Then clicking on the row for the employee:
