All the elements of your Culture Code (Purpose, Shared Ambition, Values and Behaviours) are contained in Salpulse. The interface is broken into 4 main menu items:

## Why - why you exist as an organisation

The **[Why](https://app.salpulse.com/why)** menu item contains your organisation's Purpose (sometimes called a Mission) and a feed of [Salps](docId\:mduEV33rmCvpICYDupECa) related to the Purpose:

## Way - the way you work together and make decisions

The [Way](https://app.salpulse.com/way) menu item contains a tab for each of your organisation's Values (sometimes called Principles):

Each tab contains the Value's description, the Value's Behaviours and a feed of [Send a Recognition Salp](docId\:mduEV33rmCvpICYDupECa) related to that Value. *Don't Want To See* Behaviours are hidden by default. To see them, click the ***Show*** link.

## Do - what you will do to advance your organisation's purpose


The [Do](https://app.salpulse.com/do) menu item contains your Shared Ambition (sometimes called Vision or Shared Goal) and a feed of [Salps](docId\:mduEV33rmCvpICYDupECa) related to the Shared Ambition :
