## Changing my Own Notification Settings

## Changing Other Users' Notification Settings

Note: This function is only available to your organisation's Salpulse Administrator(s).

To view or change a user's (other than your own) notification settings, from the ***Users*** tab of the [Admin](https://app.salpulse.com/admin) menu item, click the ***Notifications*** radio button:

***My Salps*** ticked indicates that person will receive an email notification when someone sends them a Recognition Salp, when they are mentioned in a Salp, or one of their Salps is commented on or liked by someone else.

***Nudges*** ticked indicates that an email nudge will be sent if the user has not posted for a while. The frequency of checking for nudges is given in the ***Nudge Period*** column and the Day of the Week that nudges are sent is given in the ***Nudge DOW ***column.

***Other Salps ***ticked indicates that person will receive updates on new Salps posted by their colleagues (maximum of one notification per day).
