The last question of the survey gives you the option to submit your survey results anonymously or to attach your name to the results:

If you decide to attach your name, your individual answers and your name will only be [visible](docId\:d6KLe5UvJIZ84Jgar8WxK) to your organisation's Salpulse Administrator(s).

Survey answers are aggregated over the whole organisation and/or your [department or region](docId\:YhjhVNay_izn5clw8gTDW) and represented as scores and distributions (except for administrators, who can view the individual responses for non-anonymous responses):
